Competence Framework for learners

The PULSE-ART Competence Framework for learners is structured around four core competence areas that support the development of Cultural Awareness and Expression through arts-based learning. Together, these competence areas describe a holistic and developmental learning pathway, applicable across formal, non-formal, and informal contexts, where learners progressively deepen their creative, cultural, social, and reflective capacities through engagement with the arts.
